Costa Rica Hotel for sale in Quepos
Hotel and an eco reserve ( for sale together), with a high ocupation rate all year and near one of the more visited national parks : Manuel Antonio ( Quepos ). It is better than hotels at the beach because being a mountain hotel it can offer the best of the two worlds : the ecological tourism, with the tropical forest, with plenty of flora and fauna, and also, beach tours.

The Hotel
The hotel is over totally plane 3.3 acres land ( 12,700 sq meters ), with 660 feet front on public road. At the back there is a clean and powerfull river.

The Ecological Reserve
The main attractive is the 402 acres ( 1,630,000 sq meters ) Ecological Reserve. The rainforest reserve passes through three life-zones: Lowland Rainforest, Tropical Wet Forest, and Pre-Montane.
The tropical wet forest is the most species-rich life zone in Costa Rica. The lush flora, three-hundred species of birds have been documented to date, including the endangered Scarlet Macaw. It is also home for many endangered tropical mammals, including the jaguar, the jaguarundi, the agouti paca and the squirrel monkey.
The reserve is one of the few locations in Costa Rica where all four native species of monkey still reside. It is also home to a plethora of insect, amphibian and reptile species including the Green Iguana, the Ctenosaur, and the remarkable Basilisk Lizard who has the ability to run for up to 50 yards on the surface of the water. The beautiful Morpho butterfly, whose iridescent blue wings span 6', is plentiful here thanks to concerted preservation and planting of its host plants. Three rivers run through the reserve. The largest is is 20 miles long and empties into the Pacific Ocean. The others are10 and 2 miles long. Three magnificent waterfalls grace the reserve; the waters including a huge one that cascades down from a height of 220 ft. spilling into an inviting swimming hole below.
The rainforest reserve serves as a living laboratory for the study of rainforest biodiversity and offers the opportunity to actively participate in Analog Forestry restoration efforts. The reserve provides a safe setting for practical field experience in all areas of tropical rainforest biology and ecology.

The Zone , and going there
The hotel is in the mountains, near Quepos, the reserve is in Tarrazu, San José, 30 minutes from the hotel.
There are all services at the hotel, including Intenet access. Basic services at the reserve.
The hotel is near Quepos for any service required. Near Manuel Antonio, with is world famous beach, giving an extra attractive to your paxs.
This is a great location for this kind of hotel because you have good access to the hotel and access with 4x4 to the reserve. In 3 hours you can go from San José to the hotel. Or you can take a 15 minutes fly to Quepos, and then drive 30 minutes to the hotel.
The Price
To fix the price for the hotel and its construction we did an appraisal. But it was harder to fix the price for an unique reserve, with a lot of exotic species living there, with rivers and waterfalls... but finally we come to the price we are proposing to the serious investors :
$ 4,400,000 USD .
